• Support members in achieving the OFSTED Inspection Standards, Adoption Standards and Targets
• Ensure compliance with the legislative framework
• Achieve best practice in adoption
• Regularly exchange information about children needing placement and available families
• Promote equality
• Value the involvement and perspective of service users in all aspects of the work
