The North London Adoption Consortium (NLAC) is a partnership of five local
authority adoption agencies
(Barnet,
Camden,
Enfield,
Haringey and
Islington) and the voluntary
agency
Norwood. We all work together to provide the very best possible service for children
waiting to be adopted and for those wanting to adopt. Working in partnership means we are able to
offer a greater range of choice for children and adopters. By sharing information about waiting
children and approved adopters, we are able to find new homes for children in a more efficient
and timely manner.
